In an effort to respond to your feedback and improve our service, the Governmental Portfolio System (GPS) has undergone number of improvements this week.

The GPS system is being updated throughout the morning for live transactions. Transactions settling today will be reflected in account balances, and show as pending transactions. This includes all account activity such as investment purchases and maturities, state funding, property tax deposits, check redemptions and deposits, wire transfers, ACH activity, as well as any other transactions initiated through your Portfolio Advisor or through the GPS system prior to the fund close time.

For your added convenience, additional updates have been made to the current activity screens as they now include month-to-date activity and show running account balances. The activity screens have also been redesigned to provide more detailed information on each transaction and allow for easier exporting into an Excel spreadsheet. Up to two years of account transaction activity is available for review and download.
